Why Magical Play?
Magic inspires creativity, self confidence and the belief that anything is possible. Imaginative play and being shown how to find magic in all things, is something I have wonderful memories of as a child. It is my hope to help other families and children make magical memories of their own and find the wonder in the world around them.

 

Payment Options

What payment options do you offer?
We currently accept PayPal or debit/credit cards (including MasterCard and visa) and Afterpay.

 

Shipping

What are your postage costs?
Shipping is via Australia Post and is a flat rate of $14.25 for standard post Australia Wide. 

If you require your package urgently please select Express Post at checkout. 

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, if you are located in the Penrith area I can facilitate local delivery. You can select this option at checkout.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in the post?
If this does happen please let us know immediately so we can help fix the issue, as soon as possible.

For a damaged parcel resulting in product damage, Australia Post will require you to lodge a claim here. Australia Post covers up to $100 plus standard postage costs for all uninsured parcels. 

For lost parcels, please contact us immediately so we can lodge a claim and resend your missing items.

I have a large order, can I insure it for damages/loss in the post?

Yes! If you wish to add insurance coverage to your parcel (valued over $100).

This can be selected prior to check out, as a product selection, search for ‘additional postage cover’ or click here.

Extra cover is valued by AusPost at $2.50 for every additional $100 over the initial $100.


Products

What are the age restrictions on your products?
Products may have an age restriction on their individual listings but where they do not, an age restriction of 3yrs+ is recommended. This is due to the nature of many of the small parts in various kits/products, which can pose a choking hazard.

Where do you source your products?
The majority of the products sold by TLP Creations have been sourced from other Australian businesses. Almost all of these businesses handcraft, make and package their products themselves which is what makes TLP so unique.

Allergies
Please ensure you read each product description as there may be food items used in some of the products. Where applicable they will have an allergy warning.
These products are kept in sealed packaging upon arrival to TLP Creations and do not pose a contamination risk to any of the other products on site. 

 

What is your Refund and Return Policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!
We offer free returns within 14 days, for any damaged, faulty or wrongly sent goods. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method. If a refund is the chosen method then the amount refunded will be less a 5% restocking fee.

Exceptions from the above include: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of general wear or use
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases
